My coaching experience spans over twenty-seven years and during that period of time I have coached at all levels of the game. I have spent many years in helping develop our boy’s and girl’s youth players through recreational, club, state regional and national programs.  

 The staff that I will develop will be responsible in helping me teach your child how to fulfill their potential in return for the commitment, dedication and sometimes sacrifice that they make to the game of soccer.

Below are some of the areas that will be a big part of the Alliance ’s direction.

·        To implement a structured training curriculum that will be driven by the teaching of the four components of soccer Technical, Tactical, Psychological and Physical.

·        Recruitment of the best competitive players in South West Florida

·        Recruitment of the best competitive youth coaches in the area.

·        To offer continued education training & licensing of our coaches on an ongoing basis thru State, United States Soccer Federation (USSF) licensing and  NSCAA  diplomas

·        To offer better education & communication for parents in understanding player commitment in competitive soccer development 

·        To develop and help our players/parents to understand the process of what it takes for them to get in to college and how to go about the process using the many contacts that we have.

I would like you all to know how honored and flattered I am to have been the one chosen by Florida Premier and Cape Coral Cyclones Soccer club to “head up” the technical direction of the Island Coast Soccer Alliance (ICSA).

      I look forward to meeting many of you at the upcoming “Town Hall” meetings where representatives from both clubs on the new Competitive Committee for the Alliance will be joining me to answer your questions and outline the structure that Island Coast Soccer Alliance will operate under.
